About Vet 2 Vet Worldwide

We are Veterans in Recovery — serving those who served, and those who serve alongside them.

Vet 2 Vet Worldwide is a peer-to-peer mentorship platform dedicated to connecting Service Members, Veterans, and their Families (SMVF) with trained peer mentors who have walked a similar path. What began as a Hawai'i-based pilot supporting veterans in the Veterans Treatment Court (VTC) system has grown into a comprehensive, trauma-informed support network serving communities wherever veterans live and serve.

Our platform brings together veterans, active-duty service members, family members and caregivers, law enforcement professionals, first responders, clinicians, attorneys, and language ambassadors into a single, connected community. Through mentorship, recovery resources, wellness check-ins, and professional guidance, we help individuals navigate the challenges of reintegration, recovery, and personal growth — honoring the principle that peer support is most effective when it comes from someone who truly understands.

Vet 2 Vet Worldwide is built and maintained by Vet2Vet Worldwide Inc., a veteran-led organization grounded in the values of service, resilience, and community. Our approach is informed by SAMHSA's six trauma-informed principles — safety, trustworthiness, peer support, collaboration, empowerment, and cultural humility — and by the lived experience of the veterans and first responders who power our mentor network. We believe that recovery is not a solo journey, and that no one should have to navigate it alone.
